The comprehensive training of our kids in the academy is a constant concern at InterSoccer Madrid. Their education in human values and life come first, but for the passion we share, football focuses almost all our daily concerns. So, at InterSoccer we have created a team of scouting aimed to obtain the best training and the best sporting performance possible within the possibilities and potential of each student.
Led by technical director, Mass Valenciano, with his assistant Barry Ousmane for everyday modernisation training, the team has also incorporated an specific trainer for goalkeepers: William Ubierna, former CD Malaga goalkeeper (Spanish Premier Division team). He is responsible for specific preparation of the four goalkeepers in the academy: Dar, Anthony, Wassim and Jean.
Daniele Paccagnan, one of the largest technical responsibles of Milan Junior Camp worldwide, also belongs to the scouting team as an external consultant. Once a month Danielle oversees the work done at InterSoccer transmitting his great wealth of knowledge and experience.
Also, in order to complete the work and tasks of scouting, a group of technicians and sports specialists arrived worldwide will visit the academy. That way and for the last week we receive Steve Spittehouse, soccer director at Balby Academy of Sport, did a modernization stage at InterSoccer. Steve has a background of eight years as a professional coach in England.
The best training is achieved with the best teachers possible… That is always the goal at the InterSoccer Madrid Academy, so we created this scouting multidisciplinary team.
