On June 10, the Benfica Club, in the person of the club’s general manager, Armando J. Carneiro, invited a delegation of InterSoccer, led by its director, to visit the magnificent and cutting edge sports city and residence in Seixal, a beautiful town located on the edge of the Tajo river, just the opposite of historic and monumental city of Lisbon.
What a great honor for an organization so modest like ours to be treated like part of a glorious club as “The Eagles” from the legendary Benfica! All experiences lived there were amazing… and will be memorable for ever at InterSoccer. It was an afternoon to learn and dream. It was an evening that will serve as an example to apply the training experiences of our guys from the Alalpardo academy.
As well as presenting a gift, a bronze reproduction Lisbon Club shield, very kindly, Mr. Carneiro gave us the possibility that our young talents InterSoccer academy, if they are worthy of it, in the future, Seixal can test to try to access your club.
